Renewals

Trademark registrations must be renewed every ten years, however, there is one maintenance filing that must be done in between the 5^th and 6^th year following the date your registration issued. 

If you need to file the maintenance filing in between the 5^th and 6^th year, please click on the Renewal 8&15 button below.  Otherwise, if you need to do a renewal for the 10^th year following the date your registration, please click on the Renewal 8&9 button below.
