Assignments
A written assignment must be prepared and recorded with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) in order to transfer ownership of an application/registration from one party to another party. A trademark attorney with The Kinder Law Group will prepare and record an assignment document with the USPTO for a $350 flat fee.
The USPTO also charges a filing fee of $40, but we will explain all of that during your free consultation.
