Renewal – Section 8&15
This is the filing that must be done in between the fifth and sixth anniversary of your registration. The Kinder Law Group charges a flat fee to prepare and file a Combined Declaration of Continued Use and Application for Incontestability Under Sections 8&15.
Simply submit the form below to begin the process of having a trademark attorney run a conflict check, interview and consult with you, decide upon and evaluate your evidence of continued use, answer any questions you may have, and then prepare and file your renewal application. The Trademark Office also charges a $425 filing fee for each class of goods/services in your application – but we will explain all of that during your free consultation.
